The process:

  • Assessment: Meet with key personnel to understand your program, processes, and reporting needs.

  • Set Up: Gather and deploy the necessary information within Better Impact with staff help, or I do the heavy lifting.

  • Training: Provide necessary training to your administrators and volunteers.

  • Documentation: Help define the process you will follow to recruit, approve, train, and schedule volunteers.

  • Launch: Help invite volunteers into Better Impact and provide a short custom tutorial video for your volunteers on how to use Better Impact.

  • Support: Can provide optional post-launch support to staff.
