The process:

  • I familiarize myself with your organization’s current systems and practices.

  • Initially, we meet regularly. You tell me what works and what doesn’t. Our discussions often lead to even more clarity and new ideas about improving the systems.

  • I then research solutions and present you with the pros and cons of each, and recommend a way forward.

  • If needed, I can lead the implementation of those solutions.
